Process Domain

The Process domain covers how project work is planned, executed, monitored, and controlled. It covers the ground PMBOK 8 files under the Scope, Schedule and Finance performance domains (what PMBOK 6 called knowledge areas) — risk and procurement moved to Business Environment under the July 2026 ECO. Roughly 41% of PMP exam questions fall here.
