PMP Practice Exam ("the Service", "we", "us") is a web application that provides practice questions for project-management exam preparation. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PMP, PMBOK and Project Management Institute are marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. The Service is independently produced and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Project Management Institute. Our questions are written in-house and are not real exam questions.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. The free 20-question sample requires no account. To purchase and use a pass you create an account with an email address, and you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. Tell us at the address in section 9 if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches this section. Where the breach is not deliberate and you fix it promptly, we will normally warn you first.
Premium access is sold as one-time passes, not subscriptions. Nothing auto-renews, and there is no subscription to cancel. We currently offer a 90-day pass, a 30-day pass, and a 60-day extension add-on for an existing pass. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are the ones that apply at the time you buy.
How the access window is calculated:
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller for your purchase. Paddle's own terms and checkout terms also apply to the transaction, and your receipt and invoice come from Paddle. We never see or store your card details. Full billing details are in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
All 2141 questions, answers, explanations, and the surrounding site content are our original work and remain our property. Your purchase buys a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation during your access window. It does not transfer ownership and does not permit redistribution, resale, or public posting.
Study-guide eBooks, when offered, are sold as a permanent licence to the purchased file for personal use, on the same no-redistribution terms.
We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, hosting failures and third-party outages happen. We may add, change, correct or remove questions — the bank is revised as the exam standard changes, and correcting an item is a normal part of running it. We may change these terms; if a change materially reduces what you get from a pass you have already bought, the terms in force when you bought continue to apply for that pass's window.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We do not guarantee any exam outcome. The Service is study material, not certification, training accredited by any body, or professional advice. Passing the real exam depends on your own preparation and on factors outside our control. Our questions are our interpretation of the published exam standard and may contain errors; we correct them when they are found, and we invite you to report any you spot. Nothing here should be relied on as legal, financial or professional project-management advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, or exam fees or retake costs. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you, and nothing here overrides them.
Questions about these terms, your account, or a purchase: support@pmp-exam-test.com. We aim to reply within three business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and the courts of the Cayman Islands have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country. Your transaction with Paddle as Merchant of Record is separately governed by Paddle's own terms.
