Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required. Email us and we will process it. You do not have to justify the request, and we will not ask you to complete anything first.
Premium access is a one-time pass — a 90-day pass, a 30-day pass, or a 60-day extension add-on. It is not a subscription: nothing auto-renews, and there is nothing to cancel. When the access window ends, access simply stops and you are not charged again.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date shown on your Paddle receipt. This applies to all three passes, and it applies whether or not you have used the Service in the meantime.
After 14 days we do not generally refund a pass, because the access it bought has largely been delivered. If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, the Service was unusable for a sustained period, or the purchase was not made by you — contact us regardless of the date and we will put it right.
A refund revokes premium access. When the refund is processed, the pass it paid for ends immediately and your account returns to the free 20-question sample. If you hold time from a separate, unrefunded purchase, that time is unaffected.
Study-guide eBooks, when offered, are downloadable files. The same 14-day window applies; on refund your licence to the file ends and you should delete your copy.

We aim to respond within three business days. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, so the money is returned by Paddle to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly through the receipt they emailed you.
If you are a consumer, this policy is in addition to the rights your local law gives you, not instead of them — including any statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Nothing here limits those rights.
